Paint and Create “Highland Cow” Rock Springs

Come and paint with us! We’ll be painting “Highland Cow” Wednesday, April 3rd AND Thursday, April 4th from 6:00PM to 8:30PM at Santa Fe in Rock Springs! WE HAVE STENCILS!
